Advice & Tips
It is much better then Valium for spasms and leg cramps but you do not get the sedating effect from Valium which I think might just be good for MS patients to keep us from being stressed and caught in that loop of stress causing more MS problems causing more stress loop.

Advice & Tips
The dosage I take still does not completely relieve me of my muscle spasms. I usually ALWAYS still have leg ones but the severity comes and goes. Also, I occasionally have lots of muscles spasms in other parts of my body, which I attribute to the FMS as it comes and goes like areas of stronger pain do.

When I have shooting pain down my leg, I have found that 20mg of Baclofen and 25mg of Tramadol gives me the most relief.
