I took this med. since I was diagnosed with PD (around 2003). Then my doc. (neurologists & MDSs) told me that I have PSP that is more difficult to treat than PD. Gradually, I reduced the dosage from 9 tablets / day to none in August 2010. Furthermore, I have stomachache which prompts me to get rid of this med. altoghether with mirapex. Right now I don't take any med for PD at all. I still feel ok. and don't know how to deal with my illness.

This is the basic treatment for PD. Personally, I didn't find any benefits with this med. because my diagnosis is PSP. My neurologist recommended me to take 4 tabs/day.

I saw a huge increase in my energy level. I became more active and I noticed that I did not lay down and rest as often. I don't believe that I have any side effects. It is a little difficult since you need to take it before you eat, like 1/2 hour. It is very helpful.

This is a pure form of sinament. We tried to cut it to 3/4 a pill becaue of some writhing (my toes on the left foot curl and release all the time). I felt lousy on it. So after two weeks we increased it to the original 1 pill.

At the end of the 2 hour cycle, i have to take the next dose otherwise within 20-40 minutes my whole body, twists, shakes and torques to the point of no control. This must be dyskinesia. This is the second stage of Parkinson's existence, lasts 30-60 minutes, is the most painful. It takes 1 hour minimum to get back "on".
