I felt nauseous after taking this, which caused me to stop taking it because I threw up. They mean it when they said take it WITH food. I am going to start taking it again soon, especially when I go back to school.

I stopped taking it because it was making my stomach hurt to much. I have enough issues with my stomach and taking this medication caused it to hurt worse. I tried taking it with food but it did not seem to help. I think it was either just to strong for me or there was an ingredient that did not agree with me.

I don't know what the effectiveness of this medication is yet. I still have a while to go before my Osteoporosis is severe. I am taking this medication to hopefully stop it from growing any worse.
