this medication was really helpful. I stopped because my prescription ran out and the doctor who authorized it retired. I will talk with my GP and see if he will fill it for me.

HCTZ is cheap, but works mainly for mild to moderate high PB. I returned to it to see if it would work for me, but no longer strong enough, so back to Hyzaar

Family history of hypertension, of began treatment prior to FMS symptoms. Take it in morning during wash and brush. Easy habit. Does require supplement potassium taken with dinner. Keep bottle by dinner place and easy to add.

My blood pressure dropped below normal, probably caused by the Parkinsonian drugs. I had previously decreased treatment to 4 per week. Since I stopped treatment, my BP has averaged 125-130 / 177-185.
