Advice & Tips: I use the maechine in the morning when I get up and just before I go to bed. since I have been using it twice daily, I have been much clearer

Advice & Tips: I use this when I get up in the morning, before work and again when I come home from work. People notice that I sound more raspy, and I cough more when I don't use this machine twice daily. If you have this machine, use it, it helps keep the secretions manageable.
