Advice & Tips: there is no down side to this protocol. it's always working & it's always there for you. once the system has your reference it's on and working 24/7 and you never have to think about it. it's taken about 3 months to really see major improvement. at first it was just a feeling of sleeping better & fewer aches and pains, then it was a good day followed by another! after awhile i've been noticing i am not as susepectable to other ailments and my family has noticed.

Advice & Tips: It has really helped alot. She's been my rock when i'ts been hard. Not so sure it helps the Bipolar stuff but one alwas has other issues to handle. She has given me tools to work with so I can understand my ilness better but preventing mania or depression isn'n really possible I think. But I wouldn't be alive today if I didn't have my therapysessions to check up on me when it was dark.
