Aug 18, 2009 Make sure to NOT take this untill you are READY for sleep. Or you May wake up sleeping sideways on your bed, or if you take it and you sit down for awhile, you will wake up that way or maybe on the floor or who knows???? < $25 monthly

Jun 05, 2009 This lasted 4 hours for me. I switched to Ambein CR and find I now get 7 to 8 hours decent sleep when taking this medication. I do not rely on Ambein to sleep - however when I am finding difficulty going or staying asleep, it is extremely helpful to have. $25-49 monthly
