Oct 12, 2009 Before I started taking Ambien CR my sleep was very very poor. I would wake up between 5-6 times during the night. Since taking Ambien CR I have slept much better during the night and wake up feeling energized and ready to start the day. $25-49 monthly

Dec 10, 2008 Take this medication right before going to sleep. It has been my experience that if I do anything after taking this medication I will not remember it the next day. I've had phone conversations with people and had no recollection of it the next day. I've gone to the grocery store, prepared meals and driven to people's houses and didn't remember any of it. < $25 monthly
