| Aug 24, 2008 | Ambien prevents me from waking up several times a night, but it doesn't address the cause of my insomnia. It could be due to emotional issues/stress or weak breathing. The Ambien pill does help me sleep better, and it doesn't prevent me from hearing my alarm clock in the morning. | < $25 monthly |
