Extended use over time may cause bone loss (osteoporosis); I am currently pre-osteoporosis. Was paying $100.00 thru Insurance for 90 day supply, but lost my job and insurance. Completed Astra Zeneca application, now getting 90 day supply of Nexium for free for 1 year (then have to re-apply).
