Advice & Tips
I take Ojibwa herbal extract which is a concentrated pill form of a tea. It is made of various roots, and I believe it stimulates the immune system and increases production of interferon naturally, there for potentially reducing the effect of MS.
Company had problems with an ingredient and I didn't have any to take for 2 months...suffered greatly...much more symptoms of ms...extreme fatigue, parenthesis, vision problems, etc. Just received more Monday, June 13, 2011. Hopefully will feel better very soon!
In the morning when I take my shower, I put my bodywash and an oil called "Pep Talk" (peppermint & sweet orange) on my pouf. It is invigorating and does wake me up some.
