the extra cost is a problem sometimes I usually dont take this as soon as I should due to hoping the migraine will subside and I won't need to take this medication. When I wait to long to take it I then end up vomiting anyway even after taking the medication as it takes too long to start working. When I do take it on time it helps a lot.
