Tinnitus is tricky. If I reduce the dose of 1.5 at night, within a day or two the tinnitus goes from mildish to roaring. BUT... lack of sleep, too much caffeine can also aggravate tinnitus. So everything needs to be balanced -- when possible.

This has helped me tremendously with anxiety. Sometimes it isn't enough though. I have noticed less severe panic attacks and that they are less frequent.

I've been taking this for a while, and not only does it help with my anxiety, but any irrational rage or urges to harm myself, so that's nice. I don't like being dependant on it, I'm afraid of the day I have to stop taking it, but for now, it's worked better than anything else I've taken for anxiety. Sometimes I need a nap during the day, but that could be not because of the sedation this medication causes, but the fact that my sleeping schedule is totally screwed and I don't sleep well at night. It's caused me to be able to socialize better and be a bit more comfortable with it. I can go to the store without having a panic attack most of the time, but only as long as the store isn't crowded. I don't get as severe general anxiety as I did before. It helps a lot, even though that didn't sound like it. Before the depression returned, my quality of life was MUCH improved due to this pill.

chills the anxiety if I need. Its alos part of my sleep routine. I take 50 mg of Trazodone at 9pm. Then I get in bed I take 2mgof Clonazepan to get me to sleep. The Trazaodone help to keep me sleeping and the Clonazepam get me to sleep. no side effects that I can tell. Since the Clonazepam is not covered ]by Medicare I look up the costco pharmacy price and hand that to my pharmacy that states they will match other pharmacies prices. Saves me $40!
