Advice & Tips: Even if acupuncture weren't helping me cope with some of my issues it has had a possitive effect in my sleeping, eating, muscle tenseness, energy levels, etc. It may not work for everyone but personally I think it is a great suppliment to the vitamins and hopefully it will make it so that I can get of the medications I am taking sooner.
