- I like Restoril for sleep- I take 2 and if needed, I can then take up to 2 more. I do not have a 'hang-over' feeling in the morning. This drug always me to get tired and then fall asleep vs. having a 'black-out' style sleep which I have felt from other sleep aides.

- Great for falling asleep, without keeping me doped into a heavy slumber. Wake up fresh. Especially with Melatonin (10mgs), Fall asleep within 15 mins.
