Make sure u don't have alot to do. I normally won't even drive unless someones with me, because I'll zone out and not realize it. I haven't had a speeding ticket since I've been on valium, if anything I drive under the speed limit-which is a godsend for me (LOL)

Advice & Tips
My doctor was hesitant to prescribe me this medication b/c of it addictiveness, but I take it w/ respect and only when I need it. Usually I take it when things start to overwhelm me, or just to relax to ease the tension in my muscles.
