I have found that this medication helps keep the cramps away from my legs. I went from having major cramps to the point of waking up in the middle of the night screaming to having very little. I also found that it has helped me keep my blood pressure down (which it is actually supposed to be for) when my other medications would normally bring my blood pressure high. I will admit I still have a very high heart rate, but my blood pressure is normal. So it helps maintain, or counter act, the side effects of a few of my other medications.

With taking this medication for the cramps that I get in my legs, if I forget even one dose I know about it, so it really does help to take it like it says and then you don't have to worry about those cramps you get from having severe fibro.

I really don't have much to say about this medication. Other than the fact that it tells me to take it every six hours, regardless. But I have found that it works just as well when I just take it four times a day rather than watching the clock for every six hours to come. :)

I have been so much better since going on Plavix for clotting and adhering to my blood pressure meds, that I'm not sure I need this med anymore. Need to see my cardiologist for evaluation.
