You have to be very careful when taking this. You have to rinse your maouth out after each use because of the risk of getting yest infections in your mouth. Or so I have been told.

On the dosage , I cut it in half, (one inhale a day) instead of two, no adverse efects, and works for Me... This also cuts my expense to $19.00 monthly.

I only experience true asthma from about March to October when pollen is at it's highest. I have to stop taking it as soon as possible because I begin to develop unresolved vaginal yeast infections. It works great during the time that I need it, however this summer the allergies were worse and next year if they are as bad I will have to go a dose higher.
