Advice & Tips: After having my monthly infusion I have to sleep for several hours. If I don't I feel ill for a few days, tired, worn out, not fully with it. Tysabri has helped me have as much a normal life as I can, plus I haven't had a major relapse since starting it.

Advice & Tips: became much more disabled while on it. Tested for PML, antibodies,new lesions,active lesions. All tests came back "normal". Was getting much better from a relapse before starting tysabri. once tysabri was in system,worsening disability started and progressed throughout the year of being on it.

Advice & Tips: Make sure that you have taken the new test to see if you have a chance of getting pml. I have been sick since October of 2009 with severe side effects if Tysabri. I had twenty four monthly treatments and shoul have had no more than 20 without a 6 month "vacation". From October through june of 2010 I spend most of every day in bed. I virtually have no memory of the eight months and was offered no assisatnce from Biogen or their partners it was as if I did not exist. every morning I awoke I felt blessed by GOD. I know that God healed me from the severe effects of Tysabri.

Advice & Tips: The treatment was effective for the first 23 monthly treatments. However the treatments have lost their effectiveness. I now have every side effect attributed to PML. I would not recommend this treatment side effects to dangerous to consider and fatal.I am still alive but been extremely sick since October of 3009, I understand a tet will soon be available that will tell if you can take Tysabri by testine for the antigens. positive test dont take negative test ok.

Advice & Tips: I have been taking Tysabri for almost a year at first I did not see any real benefits to this treatment. I have now been lapse free for almost a year now. It has not helped with my current symptoms which remain the same.

Advice & Tips: My physician ordered a clariton and two tylenol prior to my first injection. I continued to take tylenol every four hours the day of the infusion and the next. I was extrememly tired and slept most of the day of the infusion. I did have a little stomach problems on Thursday but other than that I felt fine.

Advice & Tips: THIS DRUG HAS HELPED ME GET MY LIFE BACK. I DON'T FEEL SO DOWN AND USELESS. SO MANY PEOPLE HAS SEEN SUCH A DIFFERENCE IN ME AND SO HAVE I. I REALLY DO FEEL ALIVE AGAIN AND NOT AS NERVOUS TO TAKE CHANCES TO DO THINGS. I KNOW I AM NOT "CURED" BUT EVEN FEEL SOME WHAT BETTER IS AND HAS BEEN SO WORTH THE WAY I FEEL.

Advice & Tips: First four years uneventful. Last year developed gum ulcerations, initially diagnosed by my dentist as ANUG (acute necrotizing ulcerative gingivitis), with disseminated ulcers on my inner cheeks and gums. Referred to periodontist after failing to respond to conventional first-round treatment. Further treatment and biopsies inconclusive. In late 2009, developed rash on scalp, ears, scrotum. Treated for eczema and other bacterial and fungal infections without effect by dermatologist. In March 2010, rash developed on forehead and torso. Returned to dermatologist, diagnosed as allergic reaction to previous medications. In late March, 2010, developed blistering rash on thighs, toes, forearms, shins, axillae. Tentatively diagnosed as Stephens-Johnson, with biopsy to confirm. Biopsy instead confirmed Bullous Pemphigoid.
