We added this dopamine agonist to my medication regimen in an effort to decrease my PD symptoms without increasing the actual levadopa which makes me pass out & feel very sick for hours. Unfortunately, after being on it for several days, the Zelapar caused an hours long syncopal episode while I was at work. I needed to be driven home. I dc'd the Zelapar that very day.
