Advice & Tips: the side effects sound scary to me so I only use it once a day. If I am getting sick or going through allergy attacks I will start using it twice a day. I am currently on a plan to get free Advair. I think what they charge is SINFUL! We have to pay our own insurance being self employed and I couldn't afford my meds from the awful economy.
