Advice & Tips
I have stopped taking selegiline for 3 reasons: 1.) Cold hands and feet - too hard to deal with in winter. 2.) Dietary restrictions are not usually needed at 5mg but I have noticed blood pressure elevation when eating the usual MAOI prohibited foods. This does not suprise me as I am unusually sensitive to many medications. 3.) I no longer believe that increasing the effectiveness of monoamine neurotransmitters is a solution to my problems with depression.

Advice & Tips
Overall, I like this medicine so far. I usually take 5mg when I wake about 6am, then I sleep for a few more hours and take another 5mg. It feels like a very mild stimulant, like adderall only much more subtle. I had hoped it would do more for my lack of motivation, anhedonia, or lack of inclination to move about.

Advice & Tips
So far this seems to be helping with my depression and general lack of energy. It also seems to be helping with hypertension. Too early to evaluate though...
