Advice & Tips: I take a variety of supplements and vitamins (Thyroid support, Adrenal Support, and a combo with 5-HTP/rhodiola etc-- in addition to vitamins and minerals) prescribed by a naturopath. I have found that they do help me overall, although they are not a "cure" for my symptoms.
Cost: $50-99 monthly
