Have experienced frequent episodes of peripheral neuropathy.... burning sensation in hands and feet when putting them in water even if the water is not hot.

I take 1.5 mg 2x/day. I believe this is the one that has caused me to have acne difficulties for the first time in my life. It is being treated, but it is constant to hold it in control. No major problems in taking this med, once at 7AM, and once at 7PM.

Advice & Tips
The main side effect I notice from Prograf is the hand tremors. This was more severe when I was on a higher dose. As my dose was lowered, it is now mild to moderate. I don't have it all the time, but am cautious handling delicate objects or carrying full cups of liquid. While it can be embarrassing, it is worth the alternative.
