Sep 19, 2009 Try to get in or stayin shape if possible. I have always felt better after a good work out, but can not hold to a good scheldue after being dianosed - I get depressed when I remember how I used to be and the shape I am in now. It is hard to get back in shape and being around others at my gym who are in good shape doesn't make it any easier.. $25-49 monthly

Jul 03, 2009 My doctor said I won't stop gaining weight and the fibromyalgia will cause more pain if I don't exercise. I was taking Lyrica and Cymbalta, but they both cause weight gain. I still take Lyrica, but now am on Savella and am getting more benefit (weight-wise) from the exercise. < $25 monthly
