there is no down side to this protocol. it's always working & it's always there for you. once the system has your reference it's on and working 24/7 and you never have to think about it. it's taken about 3 months to really see major improvement. at first it was just a feeling of sleeping better & fewer aches and pains, then it was a good day followed by another! after awhile i've been noticing i am not as susepectable to other ailments and my family has noticed.
