Advice & Tips: My heart rate was alarming to my Drs and they advised me to stop taking it. It helped to clear the cog fog and I was able to think clearly.

Advice & Tips: Life can change dramatically. Ability to stay focused is paramount. The dosage is now extended so the dose at 2 per day lasts ALL DAY/ ALL Night affecting sleep only in a positive manner. I stopped taking this years ago because of the crash in the early evening, which no longer happens.

Advice & Tips: I have just recently returned to taking this med, because it is now an extended release tablet. There is a constant level of medication, rather than the peaks and valleys formerly found in the previous doses.
