Take it as prescribed and try overlapping the daily dose by a few hours. Ultram ER has helped me greatly by making it possible for me to resume normal activity at work with the exception of my Fibro/Lyrica fog.

Initial I was told to take one I did, It did not help, the next day two, it did not help the next day I'm thinking again guinea pig! The nurse told me to take three. it helped a bit. Make sure they have your dosing right god I just don't get the doctors??
