Instead of taking 40 mg twice a day, I try to take 20mg tablet 4 times a day. Problem is remembering to take it. You stand up to do something and you are reminded that you forgot.

It's better at keeping your overall muscle tone when compared to Soma. However, it does not relax all the spasms, but it makes them tolerable.

Great for spaticity, but i became aware of the weakeness in leg muscles, so i have halved the original dose as a compromise.
