after doing my own research once I recovered from my 2 trips to the emergency room, i found this medication is contraindicated for people who suffer from hypothyroidism. Also there can be sever interactions with medications such as Cymbalta, Savella, and Vyvase which i currently take all 3. I ended up having such a sever rection that i was 4point restrained to a bed and given multiple doses of attivan.

make sure you take them when you are supposed to. if you forget or wait too long the pain comes back in spades! Or you will find the dose isn't sufficient. Then you'll be wanting to take it too soon which will leave spaces in dosing where you aren't getting enough. It's a real PITA to keep the doses constant (for me anyway) but as close as you can means the least break through pain likely.
