This has worked wonders for my pain in my ankle and foot that had become constant. My mom always used to try and get me to take cod liver oil for my joints but I had such bad memories of it but this works just as well with the added benefit of helping with the brain fog too! I take it every other day though as every day seems too much and I don't feel the benefits.

Outside of taking this to raise my HDL, the side benefit is that my skin (which had been dry) became soft after about 6 weeks. But I have to take it before a "FULL" meal - or it repeats. (I take a capsule that also has lemon oil in it so that helps)
