IT DOESN'T ALWAYS HELP WITH HIGH CHOLESTEROL. MY CHOLESTEROL WAS UP - IT IS A GENETIC ISSUE- AND DR CHANGED MY CHOLESTEROL MED TO CRESTOR 40MG.
