For sinusitis, avoid this drug. It's alcohol based and feels like a medieval treatment for sinusitis. Imagine spraying alcohol on inflamed mucous membranes and you have the feeling of using this drug for chronic sinusitis.

Advice & Tips
I found that if I take a dose at bed time (if needed) I wake without the morning stuffiness. And if I take it again first thing in the morning that I cough less during the day.
