Advice & Tips: after all the newly released info, on how vitamin d, affects those of us with Multiple Sclerosis. i would highly recommend it, to talk to your doctor. and see if maybe you need some. it has helped me. even if it is, just slightly for the moment.

Advice & Tips: it was easy to take but remembering to is another story since I took it only twice a week. I am now taking a multivitamin and eating foods with calcium and drinking more milk (YUCK)
