Advice & Tips: By being hospitalized I finally understood why I had all these emotions and feelings. I learned and was diagnosed with my disorders and prescribed medication to become stable. I went through intense therapy. I was also completely isolated in solitary confinement that helped monitor my reactions to medications and my overall behavior. Being hospitalized saved my life.
