Works great for me. I have bladder problems and drink alot of water. Vesicare prevents me from haveing to urinate often. The bladder fill completely and then it warns me that I have to go urinate. the problem comes when you must go immediately when it tells you. I recomend it to anyone.

My daily dosage of 10mg has eliminated both daytime frequency and urgency concerns so well that next month I will increase the dose to 20mg. This way I hope to extend the benefits to all day relief. And be able to stop taking Imipramine, which I've been using to attain a fuller night's sleep, as it decreased the number of night time bathroom trips I need.

Better relief of bladder urgency than Detrol-LA or Oxbutynin.
I forgot to refill the Vesicare; when I realized that I had run out and needed more, I also realized that I actually hadn't needed the medicine at all. I had no problems controlling my bladder without the medicine. As a matter of fact, there had been an increasing number of incidents where I could not urinate before I had run out of the medication. Ultimately I had had very positive results while taking the medication, and will go back to using it if ever those symptoms return.
