Advice & Tips: I take my dosage after dinner . It seems more effective to me. It seems to help me to empty my bladder more often which stops the frequent urges to go to the bathroom. The side affects do a number on your love life, or the ability to perform.

Advice & Tips: I wouldn't say this has fixed my incontinence issues. I still have to RUN to the bathroom sometimes. I learned that I am capable of emptying my bladder; but to do so I have to lean forward and push and push and push. I think this behavioral modification has been, if anything, more effective than the medication.
