I am on a very aggressive treatment plan and I feel that the IVIG is a big part of the reason that I am in as good of shape as I am. I have been diagnosed for over 14 years, 47 years old and feel pretty good. I can tell when my treatment time comes around because the fatigue becomes much worse. I say that the IVIG "recharges my batter". I actually go every third week.

When I first rec'd tx, it seemed to help maintain muscle tone and elasticity. however over time there were no pos. effects. One major side effect experianced with IVIG tx was the sever headache after tx.
