EMDR has proven to not only help me remember incidents from my past that were/are surfacing, it has helped me feel better generally. It has proven to be a great way for me to release emotions I normally cannot even touch.
frankly, it's too early to tell. we won't be embarking on any of the traumatic areas until early december. however, it has worked in returning some of the energy and interest in creativity that i had years ago. unfortunately, i've had a hellstorm in the last two weeks, so i have gotten bogged down a bit - but i have used some of those new reserves to get me through.
