Advice & Tips
Don't expect this treatment to work quickly. Since I've been on it I still had 3 relapses. Now that I take it regulary every month I feel ok. I mean, I take it every 1st friday of every month and by the end of the month I'm dragging again. I still get weak, sleep alot, and start slurring or stutter when I talk.

Advice & Tips
After having my monthly infusion I have to sleep for several hours. If I don't I feel ill for a few days, tired, worn out, not fully with it. Tysabri has helped me have as much a normal life as I can, plus I haven't had a major relapse since starting it.

Advice & Tips
After I started taking this drug, I actually regained some function. I have been able to work myself back upto running 10k's. It has been a blessing. For more than a year, the day after the infussion was a great MS day. It was when I would feel my best. By the end of the cycle, I felt the withdrawl. Years later, the energy no longer really noticably spikes or dips. For the last few months, I have had increasing pains in my lower arms to my fingers with most recent pains in my fingers. Odd. Looking at list of possible side effects, I see joint pain listed. I can't say with any certainty the Tysabri causes the joint pain. It is but a guess...still, it is a concern I have that years of use may have a cumulative effect.
