Side effects:: Water retention

Advice & Tips: I was taking 1000 mg/day but after reading the literature on the absorption rate which is 8X that of Ubiquinone I dropped my dosage to 400 mg/day. Whether this helps my PD or not it certainly helped my complexion. The other side effect is a slight tendency to retain water.
