Advice/Tips: Distract yourself. I bring music to listen to, or magazines to read/look at. You'll be there for about 5 hours! But there are NO side effects like the Solumedrol. Yay!
Specific side-effects: Headaches
Burden: Transportation & getting tight from sitting for sooo long. But 2 days a month? It really isn't so bad.
