- Save this medicine for the time when you really need it, i.e. when the more benign dopamine agonists no longer work because it can cause dreadful nausea & syncope. I spent more than 2 years experimenting with the dose to find what would give me the greatest benefit with the least unpleasant side effect.

- I know that use of levodopa results in dyskinesia later on. It is not a health-promoting, neuroprotective drug. However, I take as large a dose of it as I can tolerate in order to be able to work. I will deal with the dyskinesia when it gets here.
