Advice & Tips
When you first get your machine, don't be afraid to try on different masks. Move your head around, lay it on your hands (to simulate laying on a pillow) to get an idea how much slippage and air leakage there might be. Find one that is comfortable for you from the beginning, and you will have a MUCH better experience, and will be much more likely to start out compliant and stay compliant with using your CPAP machine. I'm seeing benefits already. I fall asleep faster, and wake up more easily. It's easier for me to stay awake during the day. I seem to manage my fibromyalgia pain more easily. I still hurt, I still struggle, and I still have a long way to go, but I definitely see improvement.
