Advice & Tips
I find that using my TENS unit does help significantly with the fibro muscle pain. I can always tell when I take a break from it, so it must be working that much! :0) I was allergic to the conductive gel, I think, so I quit using that so I no longer get an itchy rash where the electrodes go. I still give my give a break every other day and keep the unit off for a day and then restart it. But I definitely think it's a worthwhile investment and non-drug treatment.
