Advice & Tips: this tablet contained a small amount of gluten as per the pharmacist & he said I should just try it even though I have been on a gp recommended gluten free diet for 8 months now - but sure enough after only 3 days I had tiny hard lumps of mucus coming back up - yuk! - so I stopped.
