Take it with magnesium. The main focusing effects last longer...like a lot longer. The side effects don't get greater or last all that much longer. So I think its a pretty safe thing. Plus, you never get the amount of magnesium you need anyway. Be prepared to be "UNCOMFORTABLY ENERGETIC". Also, any amounts of caffeine will make you hyper. Avoid eating or drinking anything acidic 1hr before or 2hrs afterward as it will lower the absorption of the chemical into your bloodstream. Anything basic has the opposite effect - causing side effects to worsen. Overall... It's a very useful thing. It's just uncomfortable at first, and I'm still adjusting to it.
