Advice & Tips: I was very excited about starting Deplin, because it made sense that my brain was just missing "something" because I didn't respond well to depression meds long-term. It was extremely disappointing for the first few months and my depression worsened. I do believe now, though, that it is helping. My psych. said it could be that I just had a major imbalance and it took longer for it to kick in. I'm doing MUCH better now. I'm staying on it, and I hope it continues to improve my condition(s).
