Advice & Tips
After finding a more affordable CoQ10 supplement sold by Costco, I am back to taking 1200 mg most days. I do feel it gives me more energy - but I also take 5 - 10 mg of creatine most days and I exercise regularly . . . As for my PD, I cannot say what effect if any it has on my progression.
Cost: $50-99 monthly

Advice & Tips
After taking 1200 mg of CoQ10 for nearly a year, I cut back to 400 mgs because of the cost of high dosages. I cannot say if CoQ10 has any effect on my Parkinson's Disease, but I do feel better and seem to have more energy when I am taking my CoQ10 daily.
Cost: $25-49 monthly
