Advice & Tips
I only take this medication when I have nothing else that I have to do and I know that I will be able to rest because the side effects are serious. It does help but what good is a treatment if it prevents you from living your life at all. I sometimes will break a pill in half. I only take this for the severe lower back spasms I get from adls like bending, lifting (even something less than 5 lbs)and when they are severe and unrelenting that even lying down won't relieve.
